Welcome to Sophie Elizabeth Wedding Stationery. By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure a smooth and professional experience for both of us.

1. About Us

Sophie Elizabeth is a UK-based design studio offering bespoke wedding stationery, including invitations, signage, and on-the-day details. Our website address is: www.sophie-elizabeth.com

2. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your production slot. This will be deducted from your final invoice.

• Your design consultation will be booked closer to your chosen send-out or wedding date.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing.

• Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Design Process

• All designs are fully bespoke and created based on your preferences discussed during your consultation.

• You will receive digital proofs for approval. It is your responsibility to carefully check all details including spelling, dates, and layout.

• Once approval is given, Sophie Elizabeth is not liable for any errors.

• Minor amendments are included; significant changes or redesigns may incur an additional fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Final payment is due prior to printing and dispatch.

• Payment is accepted via secure online methods (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).

• Late payments will delay production and delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your production slot.

• If you cancel after design work has started, you may be invoiced for time spent up to that point.

• No refunds are given on completed bespoke items once approved and printed.

6. Delivery & Turnaround

• Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your order and date of event.

• Delivery is via tracked courier or Royal Mail, with estimated delivery times provided.

• Sophie Elizabeth is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs remain the intellectual property of Sophie Elizabeth unless otherwise agreed.

• Designs may not be reproduced, copied, or altered without written permission.

• We reserve the right to use completed designs for marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website, portfolio) unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Force Majeure

Sophie Elizabeth is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, postal strikes, or pandemics.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your information to fulfil your order and do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
